Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of good corporate governance and capital structure on the value of companies in the restaurant, hotel, and tourism sectors for the period 2020-2024. Good corporate governance is proxied by board of directors and audit committee. This is a quantitative study using secondary data with purposive sampling and a sample of 100 observations processed using stata. The results of this study reveal that good corporate governance has no effect on company value. Meanwhile, capital structure has a positive effect on company value. Companies with an optimal capital structure can improve the effectiveness of managing funding sources through debt and equity, thereby having a positive impact on company value.
