Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the tourism industry, particularly in accommodation booking services. Stayfam is a mobile-based application designed to facilitate users in searching, booking, and managing homestay accommodations digitally, while also assisting property partners in managing their properties efficiently. This study aims to design the Stayfam application system and analyze its business and financial feasibility.The research methods include system design, formulation of a two-stage business development strategy, and financial feasibility analysis using the Break-Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methods. The results show that Stayfam reaches its break-even point in the third year of operation (2028). The investment payback period is achieved in approximately 3 years and 11 months. A positive NPV value and an IRR of 31.92%, which exceeds the 20% discount rate, indicate that the project is financially feasible.Based on these results, it can be concluded that Stayfam is a feasible homestay booking application both technically and financially and has strong potential to compete in the digital tourism industry.
