Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Employee Performance, with Work Stress as an intervening variable. This quantitative explanatory study involved 110 employees of Bank KB Bukopin Syariah (Yogyakarta, Solo, and Semarang branches). Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings reveal that EAP and WLB significantly improve performance and reduce work stress. Work stress mediates EAP's impact on performance but not WLB's. In conclusion, organizational support is vital to minimize stress and optimize sustainable employee productivity.
