Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance, compensation, and Islamic leadership on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Syariah, Yogyakarta Branch Office. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and purposive sampling, primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to employees of BTN Syariah Yogyakarta Branch Office and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that work-life balance, compensation, and Islamic leadership did not significantly influence employee performance. Furthermore, work-life balance and Islamic leadership did not significantly influence job satisfaction, while compensation did significantly influence job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was shown to influence employee performance, but it was unable to significantly mediate the influence of work-life balance, compensation, and Islamic leadership on employee performance. These findings indicate that improved employee performance at BTN Syariah Yogyakarta Branch Office is more influenced by satisfaction and rewards directly perceived by employees than by work-life balance and leadership.
