Abstract

The Halal Examination Agency (LPH) of UIN Sunan Kalijaga faces complexities in operational management, particularly regarding the synchronization of business actor data, auditor data, and the calculation of multi-party fund allocations involving various parameters. The manual use leads to a high risk of human error, data inconsistency between departments, and low integrity of organizational data history. This research aims to design and develop an integrated LPH Management Information System (MIS) to automate all operational and reporting processes accurately and transparently. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP). This method was selected for its iterative and adaptive nature, allowing the researcher to dynamically make functional adjustments based on direct feedback from the institution (on-site customer). Development was carried out through three main iterations, including Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing phases, to ensure that every feature is precisely aligned with field requirements. This information system was built using the Laravel framework, featuring a data snapshot mechanism to maintain transaction history integrity and automated QR Code digital seals for report document authentication. The research results indicate that the system has met all defined functional criteria. Based on Black Box Testing, all modules operated with a 100% success rate. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results showed a 100% user acceptance rate (all 13 scenarios met). Thus, this system is declared feasible to improve operational management efficiency and accountability at LPH UIN Sunan Kalijaga.
