Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Financial Literacy, Risk Perception, and Service Quality on students’ interest in using Pegadaian Syariah Gold Savings through the Shopee digital platform. A quantitative approach with a survey method was applied to 160 respondents from the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) and the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that, partially, Risk Perception and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on interest in gold savings, while Islamic Financial Literacy does not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence students’ interest. These findings highlight the importance of risk perception and digital Service Quality in shaping preferences for Sharia-based technology-driven investments. This study contributes to developing marketing strategies for digital Islamic financial products by emphasizing education, security, and user experience in the digital finance era.
