Abstract

The number of listed companies in Indonesia continued to grow from 2020 to 2024. The market capitalization of the Jakarta Islamic Index also continued to rise, reaching 3,340 trillion in 2024, indicating increased investor confidence. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability (Return on Assets), liquidity (Current Ratio), and solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio) on the firm value (Price to Book Value) listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index from 2020 to 2024. Using purposive sampling, 70 samples were obtained from 14 companies over a 5-year period. The data processing technique used was panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability (Return on Assets), has a significant positive effect on firm value. Meanwhile, liquidity (Current Ratio) and solvency (Debt to Asset Ratio) have a negative but insignificant effect on firm value.
