Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work life balance, passion, work flexibility, and work environment on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia in Kendal Regency. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 25 software. The sampling technique applied was non-probability sampling. The primary data were collected from respondents through questionnaires. The sample consisted of 42 respondents. The results of this study indicate that work life balance, passion, work flexibility, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, passion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work flexibility has a negative effect on employee performance, while work life balance and work environment do not affect employee performance.
