Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of attitude, social influence, and self-efficacy on generation Z's behavioral intention to use tabungan iB Hijrah of Bank Muamalat Indonesia in the Special Region of Yogyakarta by applying the ASE Model. This research employed a quantitative approach using primary data collected from 225 respondents through questionnaires with random sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The findings indicate that attitude, social influence, and self-efficacy have positive and significant effects on behavioral intention. The results confirm that the ASE Model effectively explains generation Z's intention to use Islamic banking products.
