Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work-life balance, social support, and recognition on employee resilience at Bank Muamalat in Yogyakarta. This study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 35 employees selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results showed that work-life balance, social support, and recognition each had a positive and significant effect on employee resilience, with significance values of 0.004, 0.005, and 0.029, respectively. The three variables also had a significant simultaneous effect on employee resilience, with an F-value of 15.772 and a significance value of 0.001. The research model explained 56.6% of the variation in employee resilience, while the remaining 43.4% was influenced by other factors beyond the research model.
