Abstract

The low level of students' learning interest in entrepreneurship materials is often caused by the lack of direct practice-based learning methods in schools. This research aims to determine the entrepreneurial spirit and its influence on students' learning interest. Through the P5 program (Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students) in market day activities, the entrepreneurial spirit has been proven capable of significantly stimulating and influencing students' learning interest. Theoretically and practically, the benefits of this research are expected to serve as a reference in developing innovative project-based learning methods in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary schools) This type of research is quantitative correlational, employing a total sampling technique (saturated sampling) on all fourth-grade students of MIN 1 Bantul, totaling 55 students. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and interviews, and then analyzed using tests for normality, linearity, Rank Spearman correlation, and simple linear regression The research conclusion indicates that the entrepreneurial spirit has a positive and significant influence on students' learning interest, as demonstrated by the regression equation Y = 17.098 + 0.975X and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This conclusion confirms that the stronger the entrepreneurial spirit cultivated in students through practical activities, the linearly higher their learning interest will be, where the entrepreneurial spirit variable contributes 59.4%, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors.
