Abstract

This study was motivated by the implementation of the Tahfizh Dulido Mobile Application at Daarul Uluum Lido Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School as a medium for delivering academic, administrative, financial, and student development information to parents. All parents are required to use the application to access information regarding their children's education during their study at the Islamic boarding school. The ease of use of the application is presumed to be one of the factors influencing parents' satisfaction in utilizing the information services provided. This study aimed to examine the influence of the ease of use of the Tahfizh Dulido Mobile Application on parents' satisfaction. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 200 respondents selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics. results showed that the ease of use of the Tahfizh Dulido Mobile Application had a positive and significant influence on parents' satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R Square value of 0.516 indicates that the ease of use of the application contributed 51.6% to parents' satisfaction, while the remaining 48.4% was influenced by other factors beyond the scope of this study.
