Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usability, perceived usefulness, and security one the intention to use the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Application. The research was conducted on customers of the Pegadaian Syariah Branch in Kusumanegara Yogyakarta, using a quantitative approach. The study adopts the Thechnology Acceptance Model (TAM), which posits that thecnology acceptance is influenced by user’s perceptions of ease and usefulness. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 127 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with SmartPLS software. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and security have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the application. However, perceived usability influence the intention to use the Pegadaian Syariah Digital Application. These findings suggest that improving the application’s usability, usefulness, and security can enchance user intention and support the adoption of digital Islamic financial service.
