Abstract

The role of information systems to the progress of the organization is not in doubt. With support of better information systems and technology then a company will have a competitive advantage so as to compete with other companies. Along with increasing competition in the business world, where data processing to be information computerized is very important. That's because the computerized data processing can make a major contribution to the performance of a company. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and dokumentation. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method through a qualitative approach, with analysis of the problem and then describe it so that concrete results with the problems. From the analysis concluded that the implementation of sales information systems in CV. Metrolab not give satisfactory results. This is because the sale of information systems deemed inadequate to handle all the business processes that exist in the CV. Metrolab Kudus.
