Abstract

The goals of this report are: (1) Knowing the tracking service reference materials in the Library of Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta, (2) Knowing the spatial reference services and facilities in the Library of Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta Yogyakarta, (3) To determine the reference staff at the Library of Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta, (4) Knowing the various reference collections that owned in the Lembaga pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta, (5) Knowing the constraints in reference services in libraries of Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan Yogyakarta. In the practice of writing the author uses several research methods such as interview, observation, documentation and literature. The results showed that the services performed LPP refererensi in library with open acsess system. Owned collection of reference materials, namely approximately 210 copies. The reference collection of materials such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, abstracts, indexes and others. Some other collections that can also be used as a reference material such as theses, papers, and proceedings. Reference services have been separated from the service into the circulation, but still with book service reservoir. This suggestions base on the report are : (1) Regulation of borrowing materials and library materials collection tank for faculty and staff in order to be reconsidered because of the needs of library materials are not limited to, (2) materials collection rack given clear instructions making it easier for users to meet back information, (3) should the library reference collection of materials braced Lembaga Pendidikan Perkebunan on agribusiness to meet user demand, (4) materials refeerensi collection also constantly kept up to date.
