Abstract

This research purposed to determine how the difabel student perception of the library service quality State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research is the blind difabel student who have registered at PSLD as much as 22 difabel students. Sampling techniques using population sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were processed with SPSS tools (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 19 for Windows. Variable in this research is a single, library service quality State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Indicators to measure the difabel student perception based servqual theory, consist of reliability, responssiveness, assurance, emphaty, tangible. The results of this research showed that the difabel student perception of the library service quality State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta categorized well with the results of the total average value of 2,97, with 2,98 for the reability dimension, 3,06 for the responsiveness dimension, 3,21 for the assurance dimension, 3,01 for the emphaty dimension, and 2,62 for the tangibles dimension. From the average value, the difabel student perception of the library service quality State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta well categorized. Keyword : quality service, library service
