Abstract

The big potential of disaster in Indonesia may cause loss of material or non-material which is experienced by disaster victims. The related organization in disaster management always conduct post-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction. One attemps of rehabilitation is distribution of disaster relief. Determining who is eligible receive relief should be done carefully. If the relief distribution process isn’t done well, it will be happen social gap between rich people and poor people. Hence the relief distribution is not given to the right people. It makes the writer give the disaster relief distribution alternative by using decision support system in AHP method. The case study of this research is Sleman district. Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) is a decision support system method which utilize the degrees of importance of each variable. The result of previous research which using AHP method always gives good solution about problem being faced. Three criterias are used in this research. Those criterias are damage category , the category of family and number of household members. The data which has been entered into system will be processed using AHP method. The system will show the relief allocation to disaster victims which consider those criterias. The results of this research is the developed system can show same result calculation with manual calculation using AHP method. The system also can give the recommendation of relief allocation to disaster victims which consider three determined criterias using AHP method.
