Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stres and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu. This research is causal which ais to determine whether one variable can affrct other variables. The population in this study amounted to 35 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test,reliability test, classical assumption test and path analysis using IBM SPSS This results of this study indicate that job stress on the employee performance of bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu has a negative effect. Motivation on the employee performance of Bank NTB Syariah KC Dompu has a significant effect. Job satisfaction on employee performance of Bank NTB Syariah KC dompu has a significant effect. Job stress on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable has a significant effect, while motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable has no significant effect.
