Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen. This research is a causal study which aims to determine whether one variable can influence other variables. The population in this study amounted to 33 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data in this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews as complementary data. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS 22. The results showed that the characteristics of the organizational culture, amounting to seven, have different influences. Innovation and courage to take risks, attention to detail, team-oriented, human-oriented do not have a significant effect on employee productivity of PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Meanwhile, results-oriented, stability, and aggressiveness have a significant effect on the employee performance of PT BPRS Sukowati Sragen.
