Abstract

Research on the Evaluation of the Standardization of the Muhammadiyah-‘Aisyiyah University Library (Case Study at the Muhammadiyah University Magelang Library). The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and describe the application of management, human resources, buildings and infrastructure, processing, and services in the Central Library of Muhammadiyah University of Magelang which are in accordance with the application of Standardization of the Muhammadiyah-'Aisyiyah College Library, as well as the obstacles faced. and programs undertaken to support the implementation of the Muhammadiyah-'Aisyiyah College Library Standards. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are Muhammadiyah-'Aisyiyah College Library Standards and the objects are management, human resources, buildings and infrastructure, processing, and services. The data in the study were collected or compiled using a questionnaire, interview guide, or checklist. In this study, the instruments used were the researchers themselves, pens, paper, recording devices, and checklists. Source of informants. Methods of data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The data validity test used in this study is the transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The result of this research is the percentage of implementation of the Muhammadiyah-'Aisyiyah College Library Standard in the Muhammadiyah University of Magelang Library is in the 60% interval which means good. To overcome obstacles in the application of Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah University Library standards, the Muhammadiyah University of Magelang library collaborates with external and internal library partners in meeting standards
