Abstract

This study discusses the library strategy in the concept of circulation services in the new normal era. This study aims to determine the library strategy in the concept of circulation services at the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan Unit Grhatama Pustaka DPAD DIY in the new normal era. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The validity test of the data used in this study is the credibility test (triangulation and member check), the transferbility test, the dependability test, and the confirmability test. The data analysis technique is done by reducing the data which is then presented in the form of narrative text supported by strong data, so that it can be used as a credible conclusion. The result of this research is that it is known that the Balai Layanan Perpustakaan Unit Grhatama Pustaka DPAD DIY applies offline and online strategies in the concept of circulation services in the new normal era. The offline strategy can be done by directly borrowing and returning library materials, and drive-thru services, while the online strategy can be done by ordering books online, delivery order and through the iJogja digital book application.
