Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Self esteem, Self efficacy, Locus of control, and islamic work ethic on employers performance in PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. The asses used regression liinear berganda analysis. Method was used this study which included 32 responden from PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta employers. The test results show Shelf esteem and Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employeers of PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yogyakarta. While Self efficacy and Locus of control it is not effect on the performance of employeers of PT. BPRS Mitra Harmoni Yagyakarta. By increasing interaction between superiors and employees will have a good effect on employees who will have an impact on employee performance.
