Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, knowledge sharing, employee engagement on employee creativity of BPRS Barokah Dana Sejahtera Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all employees of BPRS BDS Yogyakarta, including 2 Branch Offices located in Kulon Progo and Sleman, and 1 Cash Office located in Kalasan. Sampling is done by saturated sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. In this study using 53 questionnaires that can be processed, the data is also supported by the results of interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 20.00 data analysis tool. The results showed that employee engagement simultaneously had a significant positive effect on employee creativity. Partially employee engagement variables affect employee creativity with t count of 2,287 > 1,675 and a significant value of 0,031. Variables of job characteristics and knowledge sharing do not affect employee creativity. For tcount work characteristics of 0,765 and a significant value of 0,448. While knowledge sharing has a tcount of 1,150 and a significant value of 0,265.
