Abstract

The motivation of the authors to conduct this research is motivated by the many public facilities that still require a long time in waiting in line for service. Such as services in clinics, Samsat, banks, and hospitals that still spend a lot of time in line. This makes the time waiting for customers less productive even wasted. Data collection methods used are literature study. The application design method used is the Extreme Programming method. The results of this study there are two android applications namely customer applications and admin applications. The customer application can be used to register the queue both online, which is done by the customer and offline by coming directly to the admin in charge. Customers will receive notifications through the android application when the queue arrives, or set themselves in what order he will receive notifications. The admin application can fully control the queue channel that has been created and can run the application both online and offline, where when the online application will synchronize with offline data that has been stored in the android cache.
