Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, organizational climate, and organizational commitment on the performance of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta employees. The population in this study were 32 respondents. Sampling was done by random sampling technique. The research method applied is a quantitative method. The results of data processing show that the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with t count 2.862 with a significance of 0.003. Organizational climate affects performance with t count 5.262 with a significance of 0.000. While the organizational warning variable has no effect on employee performance with tcount -1.443 with a significance of 0.222.
