Abstract

Schools are still difficult to find information on the academic development of its alumni who are currently studying at the university. In addition, there is not a special feature for communicating between the university with customers (schools). In this study constructed a web-based Academic Information System with the concept of Collaborative Customer Relationship Management (CCRM) with PHP programming language, MySQL database and system design UML. System structure is developed by Object Oriented Programming (OOP) with the concept of Model View Controller (MVC). Research carried out by using Unified Software Development Process (USDP) consisting of Requirement Capture and Modelling, Requirement Analysis, Class Diagram, Interface Design, Data Management Design, Construction and Testing. By the system, information about alumni academic development of schools that registered to be member can be accessed easily. In addition the system also provides communication facilities between the university with the schools as well as communication among schools that have registered to be member.
