Abstract

With the rapid development of information and communication technology in the Industry 4.0 era, information security risks are increasing. Weak information assets allow unauthorized parties to disrupt activities related to assets in institutions and boarding schools. Information security is a very important aspect for pesantren that use information technology to support the performance process of pesantren. Evaluation of the information security system using the OUR Index at Al-Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta and El-Muna Q Krapyak Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta was carried out to measure the level of information security readiness of the two Islamic boarding schools. The research method is descriptive qualitative by using existing tools in the OUR Index as interview material accompanied by observations regarding the level of information security readiness. The final evaluation results obtained a high level of dependence on electronic systems with a score of 27 at Al-Luqmaniyyah Islamic Boarding School with the final evaluation results being quite good with a score of 504. While at El-Muna Q Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, the level of dependence on electronic systems was obtained at 10 with a low category and the final evaluation results were not feasible with a score of 164.
