Abstract

In the operational activities of a company, performance measurement is crucial and very necessary to evaluate and streamline the process of company activities in a sustainable manner in a supply chain. PT XYZ is a labor-intensive company that produces shoes oriented to the export market which is closely related to extensive logistics activities. Therefore, to be able to streamline the company's operational processes, it is necessary to conduct research on this logistics supply chain problem. This study aims to assist companies in determining priorities and improving supply chain performance that occurs within the company. The method used in this study is the Supply Chain Operations References (SCOR) as a reference for determining the performance indicators used and the use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to obtain criteria weight values which are ultimately measured by the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method to obtain actual knowledge and the priority of repair immediately. In the end, performance improvement was carried out using the lean manufacturing method. From the results of the study it was found that the total value of the resulting overall performance was 6.419797 which indicated that the performance value was included in the moderate criteria and from the 28 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that occurred in the company in measuring performance, it was found that there were still 3 KPIs that had not reached target because it indicates a red range and all three indicate that there is a problem with the supplier in the company so it needs to be prioritized for immediate repair.
