Abstract

Imdadina is a form of application-based information service that serves as an information center for students around the school or boarding school. This Imdadina application is expected to bridge the flow of information from the school to the parents of the students. Thus, the parents can rely on this application for their information needs. This research is motivated by the need to evaluate the quality of the information system and services of the Imdadina application. The formulated problem aims to measure the influence of the quality of the information system and Imdadina application services on the satisfaction of the parents, both partially and simultaneously. This study is a quantitative research type. Data collection techniques use a questionnaire that has passed the verification stages of validity and reliability for distribution to respondents through probability sampling techniques with a sample of 135 parents of MA Al Imdad Bantul students. The obtained data are processed through several prerequisite analysis stages, namely normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, heteroskedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. After passing these prerequisite analysis tests, the data are processed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using partial and simultaneous tests. The research results indicate that: (1) The quality of information system partially has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of parents, as evidenced by the calculated t-value of 7.022 > t-tabel 1.97810 and a significance value (sig.) of 0.000 < α 0.05. (2) The quality of service partially has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of the parents, as shown by the calculated t-value of 6.257 > t-table 1.97810 and a significance value (sig.) of 0.000 < α 0.05. (3) The quality of the information system and service simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of the parents, as indicated by the calculated F-value of 62.393 > F-tabel 3.06 and a significance value (sig.) of 0.000 < α 0.05. With these research results, it is expected that the institution/school will consistently improve the quality of information systems and services to enhance the satisfaction of the parents.
