Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how much the circulation space arrangement at Ahmad Dahlan University's campus 4 affects patron satisfaction. 99 respondents who were Ahmad Dahlan University students in Yogyakarta served as the study's subjects. In order to gather the data for this study, observational techniques, interviews, and questionnaires were employed. The traditional assumption test, hypothesis testing, basic regression analysis, and correlation coefficient of determination were the first steps in the data analysis process. According to the study's findings, the spatial arrangement of the library's circulation had an impact on users' happiness, with a tcount of 8.769. The structure of the library circulation has a 44.2% impact on customer satisfaction according to the regression equation Y = 2.02 + 0.255 X, where the rSquare value is 0,442. Consequently, it can be said that user happiness is favorably influenced by the library circulation arrangement. Also, a correlation value of 0.665 shows a significant association between user happiness and the circulation architecture of libraries. The suggestions made include improving uneven lighting and bringing facilities and infrastructure up to code so that consumers may feel more comfortable and satisfied.
